Production Process
Nian Diceworks custom metal dice production usually is making mold first,it needs about 1month from design to open mold.After finish mold then do die-casting and polish, after polishing and plating can paint/ink. It needs about 20-25 days to make them if quantity between 10,000sets
Plastic /Acrylic dice is more easier, adjust the right color you want then can do die-casting with injection molding machine .After casting the rough colorful dices then do polish, paint /ink is ok.
How to order?
For metal dice, we cover most of the public molds on the market, now has four existing ones are commonly used by us. If you need our existing metal dice and colors, kindly place the order immediately. We have sufficient stock, the MOQ is 10 sets/color, and shipping cost is calculated separately.
If you need customized privatized molds, we are of course happy to help you to make them into reality. Kindly provide the design draft 3D file or we help you design, then open the mold and make samples, after confirm the sample then start to make large goods .
